I am a seasoned finance and accounting professional
with over twenty years experience in corporate finance and accounting, government contracting, investment banking, public
accounting/auditing, and serving as CFO/Controller of several small to mid-sized companies. I am a Certified
Public Accountant (CPA), have an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Notre Dame, and an MBA in Finance from Northwestern
University's Kellogg School of Management. At Kellogg I was offered a job on Wall Street, and after graduation I moved
to New York City and became an investment banker for eleven years, beginning at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and specializing
in raising money for small, mid-sized and pre-IPO companies. After Wall Street I became CFO of an early stage technology
company, and after it was sold I opened Hennessey Financial Services, about to celebrate its 15 year anniversary. As
your consultant I can apply everything I learned as a CPA, as an auditor, as a CFO/Controller, as a Wall Street banker,
and now as a Federal Contractor to the many business challenges facing your company or govt. agency. There
is very little in accounting or finance that I have not experienced firsthand, which makes me unique as a sole advisor.
Based in Washington, DC I can work in any city in the USA or internationally, and so far have completed government projects
for COVID19 Loan Relief, the Department of the Treasury, the Small Business Administration, the Department of Defense and
